At LunarStar Gemstones, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below is an overview of our refund policy, designed to comply with California Laws and guidelines.
Right to Cancel
You may cancel the transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the goods or services, as per California law (Cal. Civ. Code 1689.5 et seq.). However, if the goods have already been shipped or delivered, your right to cancel may be limited or not applicable. In such cases, please refer to our return policy below for details on potential refunds.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a refund, the items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packing and tags intact. Items must not be worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
Time Frame for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date. All returns must be received by us within 45 days of the original delivery date.
Proof of Return
Returns must be shipped via a trackable shipping method. You must provide proof of return shipping including the tracking number.
Return Process
Contact us via email to initiate the return process. We will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You will ship the item back to us with the RMA number included. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and process a refund. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will issue a full refund within 10 business days.
Shipping Cost
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after receipt of the returned item.
